阿司匹林对人乳腺癌细胞株MCF-7增殖和凋亡的影响

摘要 目的研究阿司匹林对人乳腺癌癌细胞株MCF-7增殖和凋亡的影响。方法 MTT法、FCM法、电镜等技术。结果 MTT法显示阿司匹林对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞有较强的抑制作用;FCM法细胞的凋亡率随阿司匹林浓度的增大而增加;电镜可见典型的细胞凋亡形态学特征。结论阿司匹林能够显著抑制MCF-7细胞增殖及诱导凋亡。
