小剂量地塞米松对新生儿胎粪吸入性肺炎细胞因子及临床影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨小剂量地塞米松对新生儿胎粪吸入性肺炎细胞因子的影响。方法整理40例新生儿胎粪吸入性肺炎患者,在治疗过程中分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均使用综合治疗,其中治疗组患者在治疗过程中联合小剂量地塞米松进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的临床治疗时间比对照组短,同时患者在临床检测过程中,其白介素-6、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子TNF-a明显低于对照组患者,临床治疗效果显著。结论在临床新生儿胎粪吸入性肺炎患者的治疗过程中,联合小剂量地塞米松治疗,可以有效的提高患者的临床治疗效果,对患者的细胞因子治疗方面效果也较好,在临床治疗当中可以选择使用,提高患者的临床治疗效果。
