钢桁梁斜拉桥液压顶推滑移关键技术 被引量:5

摘要 在钢桁梁斜拉桥施工中,由于需要主塔两侧对称拉索来消除拉索对主塔的横向作用力,施工方法通常为首先安装主塔处支架上方钢桁架,然后自主塔两侧对称安装钢桁架。以粉房湾大桥工程钢桁架安装为例,介绍钢桁架斜拉桥支架上方钢桁架液压顶推式累积滑移施工技术。根据墩顶反力和摩擦力,配备4台1 000kN级液压顶推设备。累积滑移最大质量为1 100t,累积滑移距离为52m,采用计算机多点连续动态控制技术进行顶推作业。 In steel truss cable-stayed bridge construction, due to the need for the main tower symmetry and cable to eliminate lasso the main tower of the lateral force, the construction method includes the installation of steel truss above bracket in the main tower, and then symmetry installation of steel truss for the independent tower. Based on installation of steel truss for Powder Room Bay Yangtze River Bridge engineering, the authors introduce construction technology of accumulative sliding with hydraulic pushing for steel truss above bracket about cable-stayed bridge with steel truss. According to the reaction and friction on pier top, four sets of hydraulic pushing equipments with 1 000kN level are equipped. The maximum weight for accumulating sliding is 1 100t, the distance for accumulating sliding is 52m, muhipoint- continuous-dynamic control technology is used for pushing operation.
