摘要 兰渝铁路杨家坝隧道在DK376+438—DK376+572段浅埋通过燕儿沟,于DK376+495处穿越燕儿沟沟底,埋深仅为8.91m,开挖断面大,围岩松散破碎,分布于泥石流沟内的砂质黄土厚21~22m,且地表水下渗严重,施工难度大。针对该隧道施工的难点,提出了地表注浆、帷幕注浆,洞内超前支护结合树根桩加固仰拱地基的穿越泥石流沟施工技术,通过该技术的应用使得隧道安全顺利地穿越泥石流沟地段,有效地保证了工程的施工进度、质量和安全。 Yangjiaba Tunnel on the Lanzhou-Chongqing Railroad is shallowly through Yan' er watershed from DK376 +438 to DK376 +572 segment and crossed it with a depth of only 8.79m at DK376 +49. It is a difficult construction with large excavation section, loose and fractured surrounding rock, 21 -22m sandy loess in the debris flow gully, severe downward infiltration of the surface water. To solve the problems in the process of the tunnel construction, a technology of combing surface grouting, curtain grouting, advanced support inside the tunnel with root pile reinforcing the foundation of the invert is put up with to make the tunnel safely and successfully go through the debris flow gully. The engineering application of the technology will also effectively ensure the progress, quality and safety of the construction.
