心理行为干预和技术配合在电子结肠镜检查中应用效果

目的探讨心理行为干预和技术配合在电子结肠镜检查中的应用效果。方法将2010年3月～2011年3月在本院接受常规结肠镜检查患者236例,随机分成2组,实验组126例,对照组110例,实验组在对照组的基础上再行心理行为干预,比较2组患者结肠插镜过程的痛苦程度,黏膜擦伤及舒适情况。结果实验组患者在检查过程中的痛苦程度,肠黏膜的擦伤情况,检查完成的时间,舒适度评价明显高于对照组,2组数据有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对患者进行有效的心理行为干预,术中娴熟的技术配合能保证结肠镜检查的顺利进行,同时能减少患者的身心负担,有利于患者的康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of Psychological behavior intervention combined with techniques during electronic colonscopic.Methods 236 cases patients recruited to electronic colonoscopic department from March 2010 to March 2011 were randomly divided to 2 groups,experiment group with 126 cases and the control group with 110 cases.The control was treated by group routine care,the intervention group was based on the psychological intervention.Compare the 2 groups' process pain,Mucosa damage situation and comfort level.Results The experiment group's process pain,Mucosa damage situation was highly lower than the control group(P<0.05) and comfort level was higher(P<0.05),the differences was statistically significant.Conclusion Psychological behavior intervention combined with techniques during electronic colonscopic is vital to ensure the smooth progress of electronic colonoscopic and is beneficial to the patient's recovery,it is worth promoting.
