摘要
采用微波消解-火焰原子吸收测定黄酒中氧化钙含量。根据测定方法建立数学模型,分析测量不确定度来源,计算不确定度分量和扩展不确定度,为建立有效的质量控制方法提供了依据。
The content of calcium oxide in Chinese rice wine was determined by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption.The mathematical model was developed on the measuring method, the uncertainty source was analyzed and the uncertainty component and expanded uncertainty were calculated, which provided the basis for establishing the effective quality control method.
