摘要
物体的微观几何形状误差,可以用表面粗糙度来描述,表面粗糙度是评定零件表面加工质量水平的一项关键指标。因此在工业生产领域,表面粗糙度的检测理论、技术、方法与仪器的研究一直是人们普遍关心的研究项目。本文结合表面粗糙度测量仪研制的需求和国内外发展趋势,对表面粗糙度测量中的自由形面随形测量等关键技术进行了系统的研究。对复杂形面粗糙度测量,提出随形自由形面粗糙度测量概念,设计了基于Stewart平台的随形测量实施方案。
Surface roughness is an important index for evaluating machining qulity of kinds of mechanic parts which is used to describe parts micro- gcomtry error. Many reserchers pay attention to measurement thcroy, technology, method and instrument of surface roughness. Combined with the actual requirment and developing process of surface roughness measurement, some key technologies such as free-form surface roughness measurement were studied systematically in this dissetation.
