摘要
血管性痴呆发病率逐年增高,其病程漫长、渐进加重。目前血管性痴呆的知晓率、就诊率、治疗率低,也缺乏满意的治疗方案。应结合转化医学的理念,建立有关痴呆的古文献数据库,进行个性化的预防和治疗,建立动物研究模型,建立生物标志物数据库,积极推进社区健康促进活动,为血管性痴呆的防治提供新的思路和方法。中医药防治血管性痴呆转化医学体系建设的关键环节在于人才队伍建设和政府的支持。
The occurrence rate of vascular dementia is increasing year by year, and it has a long and ingravescence course. At present the awareness rate, rate of visiting doctor and treatment rate are lower, and there are not satisfactory therapeutic plans. Some measures should be taken including ancient literature database, personalized prevention and treatment, animal research model, biomarker database, community health improvement and new ideas and methods for preventing and curing vascular dementia. The key in construction of translational medicine system of preventing and treating vascular dementia with Chinese medicine is to build talent group and governmental support.
