本文通过对光纤位移传感器的调理电路研究 ,总结出降低微信号检测系统调理电路噪声的分析方法和实施措施。对微弱光信号的相位调制和电路、数字解理过程 ,给出了低噪声设计的理论依据、电路参数的选取原则和前置放大器设计的一般方法。所研制的调理电路与传感器相配合 ,使微小位移的分辨力达 0 0 0
In this paper,the analyzing technique and specific steps for reducing the noise level of conditioning circuits used for the examining and measuring system of weak signal is presented by studying a conditioning circuits for use in the measurement of micro displacement with an optical fiber sensor.The theoretical foundation,the selecting principle of circuit parameters and the designing method of preamplifier are given and analyzed in detail for the phase modulation of low noise of weak signal and the demodulation procedure of telephone digits.The results indicate that the micro displacement resolution of 0 005nm level can be achieved by our proposed conditioning circuits coorperated with optical fiber sensor.
