复方阿胶浆改善化疗相关性贫血的临床研究

Fufang Ejiao Jiang used for ameliorating chemotherapy-induced anaemia

目的观察复方阿胶浆治疗化疗相关性贫血的临床疗效。方法将92例肿瘤化疗后贫血的患者随机分为治疗组45例、对照组47例。2组病例均进行常规化疗及支持治疗,治疗组加用口服复方阿胶浆。观察2组血红蛋白(Hgb)、中医临床症状记分及卡诺夫斯基评分(KPS)疗效情况。结果 2组Hgb治疗后与治疗前差值比较治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),中医临床症状改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),KPS评分改善情况治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方阿胶浆可延缓化疗相关性贫血的发生,对贫血相关临床症状有一定改善作用,并可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Fufang Ejiao Jiang on chemotherapy-induced anaemia. Methods The patients （n=92） with anaemia after treating tumors with chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group （n=45） and control group （n=47）. Two groups were given routine chemotherapy and supporting therapy, and treatment group was additionally given oral Fufang Ejiao Jiang. The changes of hemoglobin （Hgb）, TCM symptom scoring and scores of Karnofsky performance scale （KPS） were observed in two groups. Results The difference in Hgb before and after the treatment was better in treatment group compared with control group （P〈 0.05）, TCM symptoms were relieved more in treatment group than those in control group （P〈0.05）, and improvement of KPS scores was better in treatment group than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fufang Ejiao Jiang can delay the occurrence of chemotherapy-induced anaemia, ameliorate clinical symptoms of anaemia and raise patients＇ life quality.
