摘要
基于激光跟踪干涉测量方法建立的柔性三坐标测量系统能够有效的解决大型工件特征点的三维坐标测量 ,并且有望获得高的精度。本文讨论的四路激光跟踪干涉测量系统 ,运用冗余法测量原理 ,进行系统的自标定及丢光的自恢复 ;区别于三角法、球坐标法对角度测量的依赖 。
Flexible coordinate measuring system based on multi lateration laser tracking interferometery principle is a effective method to detect 3 D coordinate of large tool's characteristic points,and possible to get high accuracy.The paper describe a method using four beam laser tracking interferometer,so we can use the system's hardware redundant ability to accomplish system self calibration and losing information recover.This method is different from triangulation method and spherica approach in depending on the angle detection,it just need length detecting information to determine 3 D coordinate.
