ACS5000及同步旁路装置在特高压试验站发电系统改造中的应用

Application of ACS5000 and Synchron Bypass Unit in Power Generation System Updating Project of HV Test Station

重庆ABB变压器厂特高压试验站发电系统的二期改造项目,由北京ABB传动公司提供系统设计方案,选用ABB ACS5000变频器作为同步电机拖动装置,采用ABB ACB00M PLC作为同步旁路装置的主控单元。本文主要包括系统概述、硬件系统的构成、软件的设计等内容。该系统为特高压试验站提供了50Hz模式下平稳的工频并网,极大的减小了对电网和其他工厂电气设备的冲击,同时为特定产品测试提供了高效的60Hz供电环境。

The power generation system updating project of HV test station of ABB Chongqing Transformer Factory is designed by AB8 Beijing Drive. ASS ACS5000 Inverter is used to drive Synchron Motor, AC800M PLC is main controller. System description, hardware structure, and software design are introduced. The system provides motor stable and smooth switching to 50Hz power network, and also supplies 60Hz power to HV Test station for special products.
