摘要 源于中国南方的饮茶习惯已有数千年,茶叶的种植先后被亚洲、中非洲国家引进.茶叶的品种大体上分成三大类:红茶、绿茶和乌龙茶.绿茶是一种未经发酵的茶叶,在三大类茶叶中,绿茶所含的茶多酚最高,而茶多酚主要成分是黄酮类物质[1].茶是世界上最普通的不含任何热量的饮料,我国和亚洲其他国家主要饮绿茶.早期的流行病学调查和动物实验证实,饮茶对健康有益[2].
