重组组织型纤维蛋白酶原激活剂在急性肺栓塞治疗中研究进展
摘要
抗凝是急性肺栓塞的主要治疗措施，而急性发病患者接受抗凝治疗后仍存在着较高的病死率。近年来，大量研究建议急性肺栓塞患者应接受以重组组织型纤维蛋白酶原激活剂为首选的全身溶栓治疗。本文综述重组组织型纤维蛋白酶原激活剂在急性肺栓塞治疗中的研究进展。
