摘要 :生物质是一种可再生的能源资源,通过热解液化技术可将生物质(木屑、秸杆、稻壳及甘蔗渣等)有机废弃物液化为生物质油.本文介绍了自行设计的以旋转锥反应器为核心的闪速热解系统及反应器的工作原理,并对热载体在反应器内的动力学进行了分析.该系统可确定热载体在旋转锥不同锥角、不同旋转角频率w下,足以影响生物质油产率的重要参数一一固体滞留期t,为反应器的设计提供了极为方便的计算方法. The biomass is a renewable energy. By flash pyrolysis technology, the biomass and other organic refuse could be converted into liquid fuel (bio-oil) which is of easy transport and high energy density. In the paper, the biomass flash pyrolysis system is introduced, the principle of the reactor which is the center of the system and the heat carrier dynamics in reactor are studied. The solid residence time of heat carrier is calculated with different cone angles and different rotating frequencies. On the basis of these results,a convenient calculation method for further designing and improving the pyrolysis system is provided and all the parameters to the yield of the bio-oil can be optimized.
