HPV感染在尖锐湿疣及外阴和宫颈上皮内瘤变病变中的分布 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨HPV感染在尖锐湿疣和上皮内瘤变(包括外阴和宫颈)病变中的分布情况。方法通过HPV基因分型检测对330例尖锐湿疣和250例上皮内瘤变病变进行了HPV6、11、42等低危型及16、18、31、33、39、45、52、56、58等高危型DNA检测。结果 330例的尖锐湿疣组织中:274例为HPV6/11型(83.0%),46例为HPV16/18型(13.9%);250例上皮内瘤变病变组织中,8例为HPV6/11型(3.2%),167例为HPV16/18型(66.8%)。结论尖锐湿疣感染的HPV类型以HPV6、11为主,上皮内瘤变病变HPV类型以HPV16、18为主。 [ Objective ] To investigate the distribution of HPV infection in the condylomata acuminate and intraepithelial neoplasia( including the vulva and cervix). [ Methods] Detect HPV6,11,42 low - risk type and 16,18,31, 33,39,45,52,56,58 high -risk DNA in 330 cases condylomata acuminate and 250 cases intraepithelial neoplasia lesions by HPV genotyping. [ Results] Out of 330 cases condylomata acuminate organization: 274 cases were HPV6/ll type (83.0%), 46 cases were HPV16/18 type ( 13.9% ) ; of the 250 intraepithelial neoplasia group, 8 cases were HPV6/11 type (3.2%), 167 cases were HPV16/18 type (66.8%). [ Conclusion] The main HPV types of condylomata acuminate infection were HPV6, 11; intraepithelial neoplasia infected HPV types were HPV16, 18 based.
