摘要
本文研究了焊渣中的FeO含量对熔敷金属硫、磷含量的影响。结果表明 ,随着渣中FeO增加 ,硫在渣—铁水中的分配系数降低 ,熔敷金属含硫量增加 ;而增加渣中FeO含量使磷易于向渣中分配 ,熔敷金属含磷量降低 ,但脱磷是有限度的 ;因此改变熔渣中的FeO含量不能同时达到脱硫。
The influence of welding slag oxygenation to melt deposit metal sulfur、phosphor content(thst size showed according to FeO content in slag)is researched in the article.Result indicated,along with FeO increased in the slag,in the slag molten iron,distribute coefficient of sulfur is reduced,the sulfur content of deposit metal is increased.The FeO content increase and phosphor is prone to be distributed in the slag.Deposit metal content is reduced,but dephosphorize is finitude,so it is cannot to achieve the effect of desulfurization and dephosphorize at the same time.
