摘要
以系统的健康教育为主要护理干预手段，来提高社区糖尿病患者的知识水平、技能、自我管理能力、遵守医嘱行为，改善患者的代谢指标，从而延缓并发症的发生。
Systematic health education was as main nursing intervention to improve the community patients with diabetic with the level of knowledge, skill, ability of self management, compliance of medical order. So as to the metabolic index of patient wasimproved and reduce the occurrence of complications.
