ICU患者睡眠剥夺归因分析结合预见性护理效果分析

Attribution analysis of ICU patients with sleep deprivation and predictive nursing intervention

目的探讨影响ICU患者睡眠质量的主要因素，并且根据相关的因素进行护理，观察预见性护理干预ICU睡眠剥夺患者的临床疗效。方法选取2009年3月至2011年3月在我院综合ICU病房监护的120例患者资料进行回顾分析，对影响ICU患者睡眠质量因素的相关资料均在患者意识清醒的状态下以问答的方式取得。根据获得的影响因素分析，制定相关的护理措施。将120例患者分为研究组和对照组各60例，研究组根据相关因素实施预见性护理，对照组按照传统的ICU护理流程进行护理，观察进入ICU清醒状态时的PSQI评分以及1周后PSQI评分。结果原发疾病、药物使用、环境影响以及心理状态是导致我院ICU患者睡眠剥夺发生的主要原因；研究组在PSQI评分上低于对照组。结论分析影响因素能够有预见性地制定护理措施，提高患者的睡眠质量，促进患者早日康复，改善护理工作环境。

Objective To study the main influencing factors of sleep quality of ICU patients, and according to the related factors, clinical efficacy of predictive nursing intervention on ICU patients with sleep deprivation. Methods From 2009 March to 2011 March in our hospital comprehensive ICU ward, 120 patients＇data were analyzed retrospectively. According the analysis result, the related nursing measures were made. 120 patients were divided into study group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the study group according to the related factors was received predictive nursing, control group was received the traditional ICU nursing, the waking state into the ICU PSQI score and PSQI score afterlweeks were recorded and analyzed. Results The primary diseases, drug use, environmental impact and psychological status in our hospital patients with ICU sleep deprivation occurred mainly because ; the PSQI score in study group was lower than that of control group. Conclusions All the influencing factors are helpful to make predictive nursing measures to improve the quality of sleep, promote recovery of patients early and improve nursing work environment.
