社区健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

Community health education on the quality of life of people with diabetes

目的探讨社区健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我社区确诊为糖尿病的患者60例，随机分为实验组和对照组各30例，实验组由社区健康教育护士实行宣教，对照组定期在社区医院进行体检和用药指导，将两组健康教育后的各项指标对比观察并进行统计学处理。结果接受健康教育后，两组患者生活质量有显著性差异（P〈0．05），实验组比对照组生活质量高；在健康功能、心理、精神领域，两组也有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论实施社区健康教育不仅可以提高患者对糖尿病知识的认知程度，还能提高患者的治疗效果，延缓并发症的发生。

Objective To study the effect of community health education on the quality of life of people with diabetes. Methods A total of 60 cases of diabetes were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 30 cases in each group, the experimental group was given community health education. The various indicators were compared. Results After receiving health education, quality of life, function in health, psychological, spiritual realm of the experimental group were different than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions The implementation of community health education can not only improve patients＇ knowledge and awareness of diabetes, but also improve the outcomes, delayed complications.
