氧气湿化瓶滤芯与湿化液污染关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨湿化瓶滤芯使用时间与湿化液污染的关系,确定湿化瓶滤芯使用时间,为防止其引起的院内呼吸道感染提供依据,从而达到减少供氧致病菌,降低呼吸道院内感染发生率的目的。方法在无菌操作下,通过采集长期吸氧的住院病人在不同时间段使用的湿化液,利用实验室方法观察每个时间段湿化液有无致病菌生长及细菌总菌落数是否超标。结果污染的菌种有十个,主要以棒状杆菌、奈瑟杆菌为主。湿化液带菌率与滤芯污染呈显著正相关关系,湿化液带菌率随着使用时间的延长而增高,第1天不合格率达51.28%,滤芯连续使用第7天时的湿化液不合格率高达100%。结论湿化瓶滤芯增加了湿化液污染机会,建议使用1d即行更换。 Objective To explore the relationship between use time limit of and humidifier liquid pollution, to make sure the time of oxygen humidifier bottles filter element, to provide the evidence for preventing hospital respiratory tract infection so as to reduce the num- ber of oxybiontic bacteria and decrease the incidence rate of hospital respiratory tract infection. Methods The humidifier liquid of different period which patients long - term used in hospital was collected under sterile operation to observe whether pathogenic bacteria grown in different period and the number of bacterial colonies exceed standards. Results There were ten strains were found, corynebacteria and Neisseria were main strains. There were significant positive correlation relationship between humidifier liquid germ - carrying rate and filter element use time. Humidifier liquid use time extended at the same time germ - carrying rate incerased. In the first day unqualified rate of humidifier liquid was 51.28%, seven days later it reached 100%. Conclusions Humidifier bottles filter element increases the humidifier liquid pollution. It should be changed once a day.
