腹腔镜直肠癌外翻切除吻合术与传统根治手术的临床比较

Study on comparison of effect of rectal eversion in laparoscopic with traditional radical surgery in treating rectal cancer

目的探讨低位直肠癌行腹腔镜外翻切除吻合术与传统根治手术在安全性与有效性方面的区别。方法回顾性分析行腹腔镜外翻切除吻合术与传统根治术治疗直肠癌患者资料42例,对患者术中及术后恢复情况进行比较分析。结果 42例患者术后恢复良好,腹腔镜直肠外翻组在术中出血量、术后拆线、下床及排气时间方面明显优于传统手术组(P<0.05),但两组在术后并发症及肿瘤转移方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下直肠外翻术治疗低位直肠癌是安全可靠的,且具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,适合大范围推广。

Objective To compare the difference in safety and efficacy between rectaI eversion in laparoscopic and traditional radical surgery in treating rectal cancer. Methods To retrospective analysis clinical-data in treating rectal cancer by rectal eversion in laparoscopie and traditional radical surgery, and compare intrao- perative and postoperative recovery. Results All the patients recovered well, rectal eversion group is better than traditional group in blood loss, stitch removal time and exhaust time （ P d0.05）, and there is no difference in complication and metastasis between two groups（ P ~0.05 ）. Conclusion The method of rectal eversion in laparoscopic is reliable in treating low rectal cancer, and have advantage of quick recovery and suit for large-scale extension.
