摘要
目的多因素多元回归分析在应对突发事件医院应急医疗分队组织模块建立的应用探讨。方法以模块化原理和多因素多元归分析为指导,首先确立了应急分队组织模块划分的标准,其次明确了应急分队组织模块划分和模块化组合因素分析,确定各组室人员配置方程。结果建立了多因素多元回归分析在重大突发性事件医院应急医疗分队组织模块组合应用的数学模型。结论通过上述研究完善了组织模块化理论,为现代医院医疗应急分队的组织指挥和组织模块化设计应用理论依据和技术方法。
Objective To analyze the module combination and application of emergency response team with consideration of different factors and MLR in events. Methods Guided by the modular theory and MLR, establish the standards for dividing team's module organization followed by setting up distribution procedures with fully understanding of the module and the factors. Results A mathematical model of combination of the team organization and application which was able to conduct analysis with different factors and MLR on major incident was created. Conclusion The analysis may serve as valuable reference for perfecting the modular theory of organization. Simultaneously, it provides a fundamental theory and technical solution for framing the emergency response team's command system and designing organization module.
