摘要
波纹簧丝是膜片弹簧离合器的关键零件之一 ,它既用作锥形薄膜弹簧的支承环 ,又作为支承环本身与膜片的接触保持弹簧。本文利用接触模型对膜片弹簧离合器波纹簧丝应力进行了有限元分析。结果表明 ,1在压缩量较小时 ,波纹簧丝弹簧的线性度受接触处的摩擦力以及接触面积变化等非线性因素的影响较小。 2在不变的预紧压缩量下 ,波纹簧丝曲率的增大将导致簧丝应力明显增大 ;3膜片锥角安装误差对簧丝应力的增大有直接影响。 4簧丝的断裂失效发生在簧丝卡耳附近表明 ,冲压时造成的应力集中是导致失效的原因之一。
The stress distribution in the wire ring wave spring(WRWS) and the influencing factors are analyzed with the finite element method(FEM)using the contacting model in this paper.It is revealed that(1)the WRWS behaves almost linearly at moderate compressing loads;(2)the maximum stress in WRWS varis proportionally with the increase of the curvature of the WRWS;(3)the fixing error of the cone shaped diaphragm in the clutch will result in the variation of the compress value and hence the stress distribution of the WRWS along its circle;(4)the rivet length should be optimized in case both the loosening of the contact of the WRWS against the diaphragm and the over compressing of the WRWS;and (5) the defect fracture should be avoided in the molding of WRWS.
