摘要 采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消解对样品进行前处理,建立利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对青稞中微量元素铁、镁、钙、锰及重金属污染指标铅、镉、铜、锌的含量进行测定的方法。结果显示,元素含量方法回收率在91.0%~106.3%之间,RSD小于3.3%,ICP-OES法具有灵敏、简便、快速、准确的特点,可同时进行多种微量元素的测定,结果较为理想,其测定结果可为青稞的进一步开发利用提供可靠的科学依据。 Hulless barley was pretreated by wet digestion method (HNO3 and HCIO4 ), the trace elements iron, magnesium, calcium, manganese, and the pollution index of heavy metals lead, cadmium, copper and zinc in hulless barley were determined by ICP-OES. The results indicated that the recovery rate of the method were between 91.0% and 106.3% , with relative standard deviations of less than 3.3%. ICP-OES is a kind of sensitive, simple, rapid and accurate method which has been applied to simultaneous determination of multi-trace elements in samples with satisfactory results. The experiment data could provide an accurate and credible evidence for further exploitation of hulless barley.
