透光度误差与吸光度误差和吸光度真值关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究了紫外可见分光光度计 (UV/VISS)的透光度误差与吸光度误差和吸光度真值之间的关系 ;导出了这些关系的理论计算公式 ;计算了 7种透光度误差下 ,吸光度误差与吸光度真值的关系 ,并绘制了 6条误差曲线。同时对如何使用计算公式和有关误差曲线、如何正确表示UV/VISS的光度准确度等有关问题进行了讨论。 The relationship among transmittance error, absorbance error and absorbance true value for UV/VISS was discussed in this paper. The theorical calculating formula for the relationship among them was derived, The relationship between absorbance error and absorbance true value for 7 transmittance error were further calcutated, and the 6 corresponding curves were drawn. Meanwhile the usage problems of calculuting formula and error curves etc. were discussed in this paper.
