摘要
采用紫外照射法对一株产朊假丝酵母进行诱变处理。结果表明:在紫外灯功率为15w,照射距离为20cm,诱变时间为30s的条件下,致死率可达到72.10%。通过初筛和复筛得到5株酵母菌,其中C-11号菌株经测定其生物量达到13.1g/L,酵母细胞中有机铬的含量达到628.1g/g,较诱变前提高了40.90%,且稳定性好,确定其为适于生产所需的强聚铬能力菌株。
The ultraviolet light was studied for mutating Candida utilis. The results showed : In the uviol lamp power is 20w, the illumination distance is 20cm, the mutafacient time is under the 30s condition, the lethality may achieve 72.10%. Five stronger enduring for chromium was found through initially sieves and affination.The C-I l number strain after determines its biomass to achieve 13.1g/L, the chromium quality score achieves 656.43g, before induced mutation or chromosomal change, enhanced 40.90%, and the stability was good, determined it to be suitable for which produced strong poly chromium ability strains.
