摘要
试验旨在利用体外厌氧发酵培养技术研究不同硒源及不同硒水平的添加对奶牛瘤胃挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量的影响。试验按照3×4完全随机试验设计,第一因素为硒源,即亚硒酸钠、硒代蛋氨酸和酵母硒3种,第二因素为硒添加量,即每毫升培养液中设0μg、0.1μg、0.2μg和0.3μg共4个添加水平,其中0μg/mL添加水平为对照组,共计10个处理组,每个处理组均进行3h、6h、9h、12h、24h和48h的体外批次培养,每个处理组设3个重复。试验结果表明,体外培养液中添加3种不同来源的硒对乙酸、丁酸、TVFA的影响组间差异显著(P<0.05),对丙酸、乙酸丙酸比影响较小(P>0.05),其中以添加酵母硒的乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、TVFA的效果最好,添加硒代蛋氨酸次之;体外培养液中添加0.3μg/mL硒,可显著提高乙酸、丁酸、TVFA的含量(P<0.05),对丙酸及乙酸丙酸比影响组间差异不显著,但均以0.3μg/mL硒组的效果较好。
The vitro anaerobic fermentation technology was used in this experiment in order to research the effect of different sources levels of selenium on rumen volatile fatty acids(VFA).The trial was a 3×4 factorial arrangement, and the first fator was the source of selenium (Sodium selenite, Selenium methionion, Selenium yeast), and the second factor was selenium level added to incubating system (0μg, 0.1 μg, 0.2μg, 0.3μg per milliliter medium). Control group: 0μg per milliliter medium, a totol of 10 groups, the vitro ruminal fermentation fluid samples of each group were collected at the time point of 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h, 24h 48h after in vitro batch culture. The result showed that the effect of different sources on concentration of acetic acid, butyric acid, TVFA is significantly (P〈0.05), but has little effect on the concentration of propionate acids and on the ratio of acetic acid and propionate acid (P〉0.05). The vitro rumen fluid supplemented with 0.3μg/mL selenium can increase the concentration of acetic acid, butyric acid, TVFA significantly(P〈0.05), has no effect on propionate acids and on the ratio of acetic acid and propionate acid (P〉0.05). Generally speaking, adding the Selenium yeast and 0.3μg/mL selenium has the best effect on VFA.
