摘要
【目的】设计一种犁壁式、无级可调并具有一定翻土性能的马铃薯培土器,为山地型马铃薯培土器的设计与完善及马铃薯的实际生产提供技术参考与支持。【方法】采用UG软件进行马铃薯培土器的整体结构设计,并对其主要零部件进行应力分析,最后对该培土器进行田间试验以测定其工作技术参数。【结果】田间试验表明,设计的基于UG的马铃薯培土器的最大覆土厚度为11cm,杂草除净率达98%,伤苗率为1.5%。【结论】所设计的培土器符合马铃薯培土农艺要求,且结构紧凑,性能稳定,改善了培土效果。
【Objective】 In order to provide technical reference and support for perfection of mountain potato hiller,and to benefit the actual production,a kind of potato hiller capable of plowing,adjustable and with a certain dig performance was designed.【Method】 The study designed its overall structure and did stress analysis for the main parts using UG software,conducted field test and measured technical parameters.【Result】 The field test showed that the maximum covering thickness was 15 cm,the cleaning rate of all weeds achieved 98% and the injured sprout rate was 1.5%.【Conclusion】 The potato hiller met the agricultural requirements of hilling,and the hilling effect could be improved with its advantages including compact structure and stable performance.
