从提高企业的新产品开发能力入手 ,就加速新产品开发速度 ,提高产品设计质量的并行设计方法进行深入的研究和讨论。以海南新大洲摩托车股份有限公司的产品创新开发并行工程为背景 ,讨论并行设计这一技术和管理结合的现代产品开发模式 ,对加快企业新产品开发速度 。
This paper focuses on how to speed up a new product development life cycle using concurrent design technology. It takes the new product development re engineering process of Hainan Sundiro Motorcycle Company as an example to discuss the basic principles, enabling technologies and implementations of concurrent design.
