胡芦巴防治糖尿病有效成分及作用机制研究进展 被引量:7

Progress on antidiabetic constituents and pharmacological mechanisms of fenugreek(Trigogella foenum-graecum)

摘要 胡芦巴及其种子各种形式的加工物均有明显的抗糖尿病和降胆固醇作用,但对胡芦巴的抗糖尿病作用机制及何种成分具降血糖作用,研究结果尚不一致。本文就近年来具有明确化学结构,体内外实验证实有确切降糖疗效的有效成分及机制作一综述。 Fenugreek(Trigogella foenum-graecum) has been extensively used as a source of antidiabetic and hypocholesterolemic compounds,from its seeds,leaves and extracts in different model systems.The antidiabetic constituents and mechanisms of fenugreek are not understood clearly.This paper reviewed the antidiabetic constituents of fenugreek with definite chemical structures in vitro and in vivo,as well as their mechanisms.
