摘要
采用低温乳液聚合法制备丁腈橡胶N31R新牌号。通过对油酸钾、松香皂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、合成脂肪酸钾皂等几种乳化剂的筛选和复配实验,确定了乳化体系:以十二烷基苯磺酸钠和油酸钾作复合乳化剂,且十二烷基苯磺酸钠与油酸钾的用量比为2∶1、复合乳化剂总用量为3.2%。同时优化了聚合配方和工艺条件:聚合转化率在60%之前聚合温度控制在7℃,而聚合转化率在60%之后聚合温度控制在4℃;聚合转化率控制在86%以下为宜。
The new NBR product of N31R was prepared by emulsion polymerization at low temperature. By screen- ing and compounding several kinds of different emulsifier such as potassium oleate, pine soap, dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium and synthetic fatty acid potassium, the emulsification system was identified as compound emulsifier of dodecyl ben- zene sulfonic acid sodium and potassium oleate in which the mass ratio of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium to potassium oleate was 2:1 and whose dosage was 3. 2%. Furthermore, the polymerization formula and technical condition were opti- mized further: the polymerization temperature respectively was controlled at 7 and 4℃ before and after the polymerization conversion was 60%; the polymerization conversion was controlled below 86%.
