摘要
采用红傅里叶变化红外光谱分析、热重分析、凝胶渗透色谱及气质联用仪等手段对某进口涂料X进行详细分析,得出了该涂料的类型、成膜机理及大致组成部分;选用合适树脂、助剂、颜填料、固化剂及溶剂制备出了与涂料X性能相似的涂料Y;将涂料X和涂料Y的物化性能进行平行对比,结果表明,仿制涂料Y的性能达到进口涂料X的水平甚至个别性能更加优越。
One import coating X's type.film-forming mechanism and components were roughly analysised through FT-IR,TG.GPC and C,C-MS methods, etc. Coating Y whose properties were close to coating X was prepared by using suit- able resins,assistants, fillers,curing agent and solvent. Comparison results of coating X and coating Y's properties, which indicated that imitation-coating Y was in balance with or better than coating X.
