对完善公立医院治理结构的思考

公立医院改革是我国新医改的重要内容,是极其复杂的环节。建立公立医院法人治理结构是公立医院改革的方向,也是解决当前公立医院多头管理、运行效率低下的有效手段。通过对当前公立医院治理进行深入分析,针对存在的问题,提出了成立医院专门管理机构,建立医院理事会、监事会等政策建议,并在完善公立医院法人治理结构方面进行了积极探索。

The reform of public hospital that is complex is an important part of the new medical reform in China. The foundation of corporate governance structure, which is an aim of new medical reform is the effective method to solve the problems, such as tinder the administration of many differe,lt departments in the goverument, and low efficiency. There＇s thorough analysis about the problems above in the thesis. And there are some suggestions to improve the administration of the public hospital, such as to set up an independent department in charge of the public hospital, to establish the council and the board of supervisors in the hospital, and so on.
