省级集中招标采购降低药价和减轻药费负担的效果研究

省级药品集中招标采购政策已实施两年多,为对该政策效果进行评估,选择该政策目标中的降低药价和减轻群众药费负担作用为评估指标,收集相关统计数据,从实证的角度对省级药品集中招标采购政策效果进行评价。研究发现该政策实施后并没有显著降低药价,也无法控制群众药费负担的增长。

The policy of Provincial drug bidding and purchasing has been implemented more than two years. In the article, statistical data has been collected, then the policy goals of reducing drug prices and Burden on Mass medication as Index is selected to assess its effect of this policy. It is found that the policy of provincial drug bidding and purchasing did not significantly reduce the drug prices, and the increase Burden on Drugs of Mass cannot be controlled too. Finally, the reasons for the poor results of the policy have been analyzed.
