我院药品集中供应对医疗总费用的影响分析

Effect and Analysis of Pharmaceutical Centralized Supply on Total Medical Cost

目的:了解药品集中供应对医疗总费用的影响,对解决老百姓"看病贵"问题提供有效可行的建议。方法:运用PASW Statistics 18统计软件对药品集中供应后总费用变化进行分析。结果:药品集中供应改革后,药品费用、医疗总费用、门诊均次费用、门诊均次药费、住院均次费用、住院均次药费和平均住院床日费用等较改革前大幅度减少。结论:降低医疗费用是一项系统工程,需要国家政策的调整和相关机制的创新与完善。

Objective： To understand the effect of pharmaceutical centralized supply on total medical cost, to solve people ＂expensive hospitalization expense＂ problem to provide feasible proposals. Methods： Using PASW Statistics l 8 software analysis to total medical expenses change after the pharmaceutical centralized supply reform. Results： After the reform of pharmaceutical centralized supply, pharmaceutical costs, medical costs, average outpatient expense, average pharmaceutical expense per visit, inpatient cost per visit, hospitalization cost, average cost of bed days before refnrm are reduced. Conclusion： To reduce the medical cost is a systemic project, needing the adjustment of national policy and related mechanisms of innovation and improvement.
