疲劳裂纹的生长已成为构件延寿工作关注的焦点。模态声发射由于无需扫查工件而利用裂纹生长产生的能量来实现检测 ,从而显示了极大的优越性。模态声发射在检测过程中采集几千个波形 ,其中只有一部分是裂纹生长所产生的。讨论了几种数字信号处理方法 ,并给出了这些程序的应用结果。
Fatigue crack growth in a structure has become a concern to the prolonging of its lifetime. Modal acoustic emission (MAE) that uses the energy produced by the growing crack for detection without scanning has shown its conspicuous advantage. MAE can result in the capture of thousands of waveforms during a test, of which only a few will be the signals from crack growth. So several digital signal processing approaches for the signals are discussed and the application results of the routines are given.
