闭合复位外固定结合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折79例疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of the closed reduction external fixation combined with tradi- tional Chinese medicine treatment on 79 patients with barton fracture

目的探讨闭合复位外固定支架术后给予中药治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法对79例桡骨远端骨折患者采取闭合复位外固定联合中药治疗，并按Dienst标准对关节功能进行评定。结果术后获得随访6～15个月，平均（7．5±1．2）个月，骨折均骨性愈合，愈合时间6～8周，平均7周。优65．82％，良30．38％，可3．80％，优良率为96．20％。结论闭合复位外固定术后联合中药治疗桡骨远端骨折操作简单、固定可靠、功能恢复优良，疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the closed reduction external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on barton fracture. Methods Seventy-nine pa- tients with barton fracture were treated by closed reduction external fixation combined with traditional Chi- nese medicine, and the joint function was assessed according to the Dienst standard. Results The pa- tients got the follow-up visit for six to fifteen months after the operation, average of（7. 5 ＋ 1.2） months, fracture all bony union, the healing time was six to eight weeks, average of 7 weeks. The excellent rate was 65.82% , fine rate was 30. 38% , good rate was 3.80% , excellent and good rate was 96.20%. Conclusions The closed reduction external fixation combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment for barton fracture is simple, effective and with reliable fixation, good function recovery.
