基于因子分析法的城市低碳经济实证评价——以太原市为例

综合使用了主成分分析法和因子分析法,对太原市近年的低碳经济发展状况进行分析评价。通过模型的建立和分析,总结出影响太原市低碳经济发展的主要因素,得出的主要结论为:基本经济因子、基础环境因子、居民生活因子和产业结构因子是决定太原市低碳经济发展水平的主要因素,但低碳经济的发展仍是建立在一定的宏观经济水平基础之上的;并提出了该市发展低碳经济的一些政策建议,主要有产业结构升级调整、空间布局设计优化、加大城市基础环境改善的投入、积极提倡低碳办公和低碳生活方式等。

This paper comprehensively uses principal component analysis and factor analysis to analyze and assess low carbon economic development of Taiyuan City in the past 10 years. By Establishing and analyzing the model, figured out the main factor in fluencing the Taiyuan city＇ s low carbon economic development and drew conclusions that the basic economic factors, fun damental environmental factors, resident living factors and industrial structure factors are major factors determining the low carbon economic development level, but the development of low carbon eeonomy is still built on the basis of certain macro economic level. The paper gave some corresponding suggestions, such as industrial restructuring and upgrading, space layout optimization design, urban infrastructure investment increase in the environmental improvement, and positive advocacy of low carbon work and low carbon lifestyle.
