摘要
随着知识经济的日益发展,人才竞争已经成为民营快递企业竞争的根本,而人才流失正成为民营快递企业面临的严重问题。职工收入、培训、晋升的机会、管理机制、企业文化,均对企业人才流失产生影响,企业应该从人才的甄选做起,重视人才的培训和职业生涯规划、科学考评绩效并建立合理薪酬体系、建立人才流失的危机预警预测机制,加强对员工流动的管理等方面采取相应的对策,以降低人才流动率。
With the development of knowledge economy, talent competition has become the foundation of private express enterprise com petition, and talent drain are becoming serious problem express enterprises face. All the employee income, training, promotion chance, management mechanism, and enterprise culture have impacts on enterprise talent drain. Therefore, enterprises should start with talent selecting, and pay much attention to talent training and career planning, and scientific performance appraisal, establish reasonable salary system, and establish early warning and predicting mechanism, and enhance employee flow management to decrease the rate of talent drain.
