摘要
没有知识的民族是没有希望的,没有文化的企业是缺乏生机的;文化在今天的企业中不仅是必备的要素,更是一种不可或缺的资源。在未来的企业发展中,文化力及由此而生成的创新力将成为企业生存的主宰,将构成企业发展的核心动力,将沉淀为企业重要的竞争手段。因此,构筑企业文化、凝聚管理文化已成必然趋势,更是必然要求。在企业及管理文化的构建中,企业视觉要素对一种特定文化体系的产生与强化,无疑发挥着巨大作用,故对企业视觉要素在管理文化形成中的作用探讨具有极高的理论价值。
There is no hope for a nation lacking knowledge and an enterprise without culture lacks of vitality. Nowadays, Culture is not only the necessary factor, but also an indispensable resource for the future development of the enterprise. In the future enterprise development, culture power and resulting creativity strength will dominate the enterprise existence, constitute the core driving force of enterprise development, and become the important competition means. Therefore, constituting enterprise culture and agglomerating managerial culture have become an inexorable trend and requirement. In the process of enterprise and managerial culture constitution, enterprise visual factors undoubtedly play huge role in forming and enhancing a particular culture system. Thus, the exploration on the role of enterprise visual factors in formation of managerial culture has highly theoretical value.
