摘要
目的:建立测定脂肪乳氨基酸(17)葡萄糖(11%)注射液中钾、钠、钙、镁含量的新方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法,供试品经稀释后直接测定,钾、钠、钙、镁的发射谱线分别为766.490、589.592、422.673、285.213nm。结果:钾、钠、钙、镁加样回收率分别为98.3%、98.8%、99.1%、98.4%,最低定量浓度分别为0.003、0.003、0.001、0.001μg.mL-1。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,可用于同类注射液中钾、钠、钙、镁含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE:To develop a new method for the content determination of potassium,sodium,calcium and magnesium in Kabiven PI.METHODS:Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was adopted,with direct dilution for sample preparation.The emission lines of K,Na,Ca and Mg were 766.490 nm,589.592 nm,422.673 nm,285.213 nm,respectively.RESULTS:The linear ranges of K,Na,Ca and Mg were 98.3%,98.8%,99.1% and 98.4%.The lowest limits of quantification were 0.003,0.003,0.001,0.001 μg·mL-1,respectively.CONCLUSIONS:The method is specific,sensitive,accurate and simple,and can be used for the content determination of potassium,sodium,calcium,magnesium in similar injection.
