从我院实际应用谈引进及使用全自动片剂摆药机时应考虑的要素

On the Considerable Factors of the Introduction and Application of Automatic Tablet Delivery Machine Based on the Practice of Our Hospital

目的:为国内医院引进全自动片剂摆药机提供参考。方法:结合我院实际应用情况,对YS-TR-500FDS型全自动片剂摆药机在控制系统和主体部分发生故障的现象进行分析,并提出可供其他医院使用时的参考意见。结果与结论:全自动片剂摆药机目前存在的问题有控制系统的软件部分功能简单、人机交互性差、操作繁琐等。主体部分发生的错误可由药品性质以及机器运行过程中的一些情况造成。建议其他医院在引进及使用全自动片剂摆药机时应重点考虑控制系统功能的尽量完备及主体部分的药盒的匹配等。

OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for the introduction of automatic tablet delivery machine in domestic hospital. METHODS： The errors of controlling system and main body of YS-TR-500FDS automatic tablet delivery machine were analyzed according to the situation of our hospital to provide reference for other hospitals. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The problems of the machine were as follows： the controlling system function is too simple; there is poor communication between human and ma- chine; and operation procedure is so many and complex. The errors of main body may result from drug property and the problems of operation process. When introducing and applying the machine, the perfection of controlling system and drug cabin matching of main body should be considered.
