摘要
利用MSC.Adams和Easy5仿真软件建立了供输弹系统机电液耦合的动力学模型,通过VV&A证明了仿真模型的可信度。针对MCS求解复杂结构系统随机动力学问题时计算量过于庞大的难点,提出了虚拟样机—蒙特卡洛模拟法—支持向量机(VP-MCS-SVM)动力学随机响应求解方法,高效地完成了供输弹系统随机动力学的仿真求解。结合统计推断理论和可靠性分析理论探讨了供输弹系统动作可靠性及随机参数分布特征漂移时的动作可靠性问题,为复杂系统动作可靠性的评估提供了新的思路。
A mechanical-electrical-hydraulic coupling dynamic model of ramming system was built by using MSC. Adams and Easy5. Its confidence was proved by using VV&A. A virtual prototyping-Monte Carlo simulation-support vector machine (VP-MCS-SVM) method was proposed to reduce the large com- putational volume of MCS method in solving the random dynamics of complex system, and the random dy- namics simulation of ramming system was carried out efficiently and precisely. Based on the theory of sta- tistic inference and reliability, the action reliability of ramming system was analyzed and the distribution parameters' shift was considered. It provides a new idea for the action reliability evaluation for large complex system.
