上海市2010年世界博览会园区内控烟状况评价

Evaluation of Tobacco Control Status on the Shanghai 2010 World Expo Site

目的了解上海市2010年世界博览会(简称世博会)园区控烟措施的执行情况,评价无烟世博的实施效果,同时为园区控烟策略的调整提供依据。方法于2010年7-10月,采用现场观察与问卷调查相结合的方法,对世博园区场馆内外、特许商店、餐厅、室外休息区等公共场所进行观察,观察内容包括控烟标识的设置、有无烟草广告、烟草促销等;并对园区内3022名游客进行问卷调查,调查内容包括对园区控烟措施的了解情况、对园区不同场所的控烟措施实施情况的评价等。结果场馆内、特许商店、餐厅基本达到无烟环境。室外休息区吸烟率达到4.5%。问卷调查表明,80.3%的游客了解世博园区的控烟规定;新闻报道是游客知晓的主要途径(63.6%);97.1%的游客对世博园内目前控烟情况表示满意;63.7%的游客建议增加控烟监督者以提高控烟效果;91.0%的游客认为世博能提升人们的控烟意识;96.6%的游客同意每个人都有义务遵守园区控烟规定。结论世博会的控烟状况良好,游客通过多种途径了解园区的控烟规定,并能较好地遵守。无烟世博的经验值得进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the implementation of tobacco control measures in Shanghai 2010 World Expo. Methods A mixed method including observation and questionnaire was conducted in July to October of 2010. Observation was conducted in the public place, such as pavilions, queuing areas, souvenir shops, restaurants and outdoor non-smoking areas [or non-smoking signs, sale or publicity status of tobacco productions. 3 022 tourists in the Expo were investigated on their awareness and evaluation about tobacco control measures in the Expo. Results The Expo pavilions, souvenir shops and restaurants were basically ＇smoke-free＇. The smoking occurrence in the outdoor non-smoking areas was 4.5%, which was relatively high within Expo site. Questionnaire results indicated that 80.3% of tourists knew smoking regulations at the Expo site; 63.6% obtained this information from news reports; 63.7% of tourists suggested increasing the number of supervisors to improve the effect of smoking control; 97.1% of tourists were satisfied with smoking control status on the Expo site; 91.0% of tourists agreed that smoke-free Expo raised people＇s awareness on tobacco control, 96.6% tourists supported that each tourist had obligation to comply with the smoking regulation in the Expo. Conclusion The smoking ban in the World Expo Zone has been generally well implemented. Most tourists know this regulation ,~ia a variety of channels and generally obey the regulation. The experience in ＇smoke-free expo＇ should be further promoted in other large scale events.
