摘要
针对顶燃式热风炉,采用送风期冷风流场与燃烧期烟气流场相匹配的技术,提高热风炉格子砖加热面积的利用效率,从而提高热风温度2(20-25℃.该技米已在 12座顶燃式热风炉上投入使用,效果明显,经济效益显著.
Based on the characters of air feeding and fuel combusting phase for the top- combustion hot-blast stove and by using the fluid field matching technology on cold air and gas, the efficiency of the heating area of checks has been improved and the hot air temperature has in creased 20-25℃. The teclmology has been used in twelve top-combustion type hot-blast stoves successfully.
