摘要
采用低温电镀工艺(室温)生产热压金刚石孕镶块钻头,或者说金刚石孕镶块镶嵌在钻头刚体上.然后在其表面镶覆一层金刚石复合镀层使其与刚体相结合从而使其避免银焊对金刚石二次热损伤,同时这种钻头具有胎体性能可调性好和内外保径强的优点。深受生产用户好评。
Using the low-temperature (on the room-temperature) electroplated technique to produce thermocompres-sion impregnated diamond bits, that is to say, the impregnated diamond segments are set in the bit body, and then on the sur-face of it electroplating a layer of diamond composite coating, making it to be combined with the bit body and preventing dia-mond from the second heat-hurting for silver-welding, and meanwhile the diamond bit has the advantage of good regulation ofmatrix property and well maintenance inside-outside diameter gage. This kind of bit has been well received by users.
