摘要
通过对手扶研磨机上磨块结构及在磨盘上分布的分析,提出了用金刚石磨块代替菱苦上磨块的一种有效措施,并通过利用正交试验方法,探讨了Sn、SiC等几种主要成分对金刚石磨块机械性能的影响。
A new method of using diamond grindstones instead of magnesite grindstones is presented by analyzing thegrindstone structure and distribution on the polishing machine, and the effects of Sn & SiC on the mechanical characters of dia-mond grindstones are discussed in the paper.
