摘要
针对李楼铁矿应用浅孔房柱嗣后充填采矿法开采存在的采矿效率低、损失率高、作业场所通风质量较差等问题,在-200 m水平以上试验应用了20 m高分段矿房嗣后充填采矿法。试验结果表明,该采矿方法各项指标良好,不但提高了采矿强度、劳动效率及作业的安全性指标,同时也取得了显著的经济效益。着重介绍了20 m高分段矿房嗣后充填法在李楼铁矿-200 m水平以上的应用情况,包括采场结构、回采工艺、充填工艺及爆破参数等。
According to the low mining efficiency, high ore loss ratio and poor ventilation quality with the application of the shallow-hole room-and-pillar mining with delayed filling in Lilou iron mine, the sublevel open stoping afterwards filling mining method was adopted above the -200 m Level. The field test resuhs show that the indexes of this mining method are good. And it not only improve the mining intensity,labor productivity and operation safety, but also improve the econom- ic benefie greatly. It introduces the application of sublevel open stoping afterwards filling mining method above the -200 m Level. And it includes the stope structure, stopping technology, filling technology and blasting parameters.
