我国档案从业者从事理论研究的现状分析——基于2010-2011年的文献计量分析

Status Analysis of Chinese Archivists Engaging in Theoretical Research Based on 2010-2011 Bibliography-Metrological Analysis

档案学是一门应用性很强的实践性学科。从理论来源于实践并应用于实践的辩证关系角度来说,开展档案学研究理论上应该是以档案从业者为主体。文章通过2010-2011年档案从业者和高校档案专业教师发文数量的统计对比,论证了事实上档案从业者在研究队伍中处于配角地位,并对造成现状的原因进行了分析,最后从档案从业者自身和外部环境两方面寻找改变现状的出路。

Archival science is a practical subject with highly application. From the aspect of dialectical relations of theory comes from practice and apply theory to practice, the major subject who mainly carry out the work of theoretical research should he archivists. By comparison of quantity of the articles of archivists and universities professional teachers in the year of 2010 and 2011, this article demonstrates that archivists actually play as a supporting role, and it analyzes reasons why archivists lies in such a situation. At last, it seeks for a way out that could change the current situation from following two aspects： archivists them- selves and external environment.
